Neuro Linguistic Programming is the study of how mind creates reality through language and behavior. It's foundation is based upon people, their possibilities and the purpose each life is here to express. NLP is interested in the how of the problem, the strategy and construction of the blockages to fulfillment, and the creation of a map to resolution.

NLP can be split into three distinctions:

Neuro: The nervous system is an instrument through which we interpret what is represented as reality. It is the instrument through which consciousness flows and the body-mind connection is expressed. It is the study of how visual, auditory, kinesthetic, olfactory and gustatory sensations are turned into the building blocks of our identity through the filters of our cumulative experiences.

Linguistics: Language is one of the fundamental building blocks for creating material reality. If consciousness is the creator of reality, then language is the creating of reality. Language identifies the limitations we impose upon ourselves and the meaning we make of the world around us. Language forms the boundaries around our thoughts and either limits or expands our emotional response to the world around us.

Programming: The science of our mental and emotional states and how we process our experience determining our behaviors. NLP educates the client towards personal accountability therefore placing the client in more choice. NLP has developed hundreds of techniques, many which remain content free, that awaken within the client their own resourcefulness and possibility to create their future, void of the restrictions from their past. NLP preserves the positive by-products of clients’ past experiences while re-imprinting, retranslating and neutralizing the negative emotions, turning the past into a resource rather than a burden.

During the past 25 years, Gary has practiced in the US, Australia, Canada, Mexico and Europe. He has an educational background, which includes psychology, philosophy, neuro-linguistic programming, and hypnotherapy. He masters the complexities of human thinking and teaches others to evolve to a whole brain 3-D thinking perspective which is essential in developing leadership, managing change, mastering communications, accelerating motivation, and constructing unified teams.

Prior to joining the National Hypnotherapy Training Center, Gary was the founder and CEO of Life Design International. He is recognized by and a trainer for the International Network for Humanistic Neuro-Linguistic Psychology. In addition to his private studies and experience, he is a Certified Language Mastery Trainer, a Certified Outcomes Facilitator, and a Certified Time Line Therapist. Gary is also a Continuing education provider for the Board of Registered Nursing. Gary is also credentialed with the Institute of Education and Alternative Health Practices and with the American Board of Hypnotherapy.
